Test resultsFlex/Stifness 1-10 (1 is flexible, 10 is stiff) 8This board is pretty stiff. Our bigger testers thought it was amazing. The shorter ones thought it was good too, but it’s not an easy to flex board. Just forget about that frontside blunt to nosepress 270 out!
Pop 1-10
7The board has got pop, but you’ve got to work for it! Is like a can of ‘Pringles’, once you pop, you can’t stop!
Terrain 1-10(1 not suited, 10 very suited)Rails - 4
Kicker - 8
Slopes - 8
Like we said before, not for jibbers. You’ll like this board the most when you're riding kickers and know how to land your tricks. It’s not forgiving and reaches high speeds in the park and on the slopes.
LooksThe board looks like a women's board, which is quite a paradox considering it in no way feels like a women's board.
Technical featuresForum has got a lot of funky ways to describe their technical features. Super F'n Gnar LE core, Light Triax with Carbon plus laminate and Topless Tech sound awesome, but it’s hard to find out what they actually mean. The only thing our testers had to say is that this board is built well in a technical way. Good base, good edges and things like that. Some of us would like to know more about the ‘Swingers Club’ feature...
ExtrasNo extras, except the topless topsheet, actually it’s the opposite of an extra, but it saves you some weight!
ProsLight, pop and response.
ConsNo jibbing, not the nicest graphics (but who cares).
Who would like this board? Level 1-10
8-10This board is the no-nonsense board from the Forum collection. If you like to ride fast and are a perfectionist who wants the most precision, then this is the board for you.
Remarks:Adds an extra 180 to every rotation.
Happiness Factor 1-10 (How much did our testers like the board?)
6Our testers liked the board a lot and thougt that it rode pretty nice, but they didn’t love it. Our French editor, who’s bigger than the rest loved it!
Tackyworld Board testThis test is based on the results of our test in Le Glacier 3000. The boards are tested in the park and on the slopes of Le Glacier 3000. Our testers are from all over Europa with some very good French and Swiss riders. Find out more about the different boards or riders with the links below.
